Brandywine River Hotel

Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. However, they would not turn on the heat, claiming it was 65o outside. It was more like 50o in room. Huge dog (Lab)in room next door barked all night both nights of our stay in hotel. Go when the weather is warm and ask for a room away from room with pets.

Was there on business, and the rooms and atmosphere were very nice. The only problem I had was they put a $210.00 security deposit on my credit card, and it took them almost 3 weeks to take it off, even after the payment for the room had been cleared 3 days after the purchase.

Very dirty chairs and floors have dust all over.Food stuck on chairs and floor.Rest rooms toilets and sinks look like never cleaned.Owners wife very rude to her employees and very moody.Would never go back!!!

Holiday Inn Express Exton

I had reservations no refund for two nights in Salt Lake City Utah the room smelled so bad and it was drity,The sink and tub drains would not drain.The carpet was nasty dirty,the smell made me sick. The house keeping didnt leave us coffee or cups,I called the office for some and they never did come.Holiday Inn Express on Century Dr.Just off 4500 South 5th West.Its NO good.I will not ever stay there again.It is a dump.........
